Hello Rat Raiders!

In order to have success with poison bait stations you need to have perfect placement. It is super important to factor in rat behavior when choosing a spot. Rats will always prefer to run along side a wall and stay as concealed as possible when going from one place to the next (please refer to enemy profile on the home page for more information).  I wanted to share a poison bait station spot that I have been having success with lately.

There are many reasons why this is the perfect spot for a poison bait station.

As stated previously Rats, always prefer to run a long a wall and stay as concealed as possible when traveling. This spot is conveniently located against a wall and provides long grass cover.

In addition to being against the wall, the water meter provide a nice overhang for the poison bait box which adds another layer of concealment for the rat to enjoy. This is something to consider if you have any similar structures outside your house.

To top it off (and due to a lack of mowing haha), there is some excellent cover that is provided in the front of the water meter.

As you can see, this has certainly been enjoyed by some vermin.

  1. Ahahahaha, that’s not a water meter… not even close. Shocking someone wouldn’t know what a gas meter was.

    1. Hahaha! You caught me Gurg! I have very specialized knowledge lol. I guess not in the water meter vs gas meter department ;).
